Brown’s Franck, Henann Share $3.35M Naval Research Grant Over Four Years

Brown University Assistant Professors of Engineering Christian Franck and David Henann are among five principal investigators for an Office of Naval Research award worth $3.35 million over four years, led by Franck. The group will be investigating the finite deformation, time-dependent material response of soft matter due to inertial cavitation.

Undergraduate Tours

Engineering specific tours are designed to give prospective students an overview of what it is like to study engineering at Brown University. Your tour of the School of Engineering will be led by current engineering students and will visit classrooms and lab spaces. The engineering tour lasts approximately 30 minutes. To arrange a visit, please register here. Tours depart from the Barus and Holley lobby (184 Hope Street).

Job/Internship Bulletin Board

The School of Engineering has created a bulletin board for internships, employment, faculty projects, and other opportunities. Please note that the bulletin board can only be accessed from Brown IP addresses (which means it can be accessed on campus, or through the campus VPN if off campus). This is required since it is not a public site.
